Karnataka State Open University PhD admission details are as given below:

Eligibility:
The candidate should have any Master’s Degree in relevant discipline or its equivalent Master’s Degree from Karnataka State Open University or any other reputed University with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Cat-1) and Physically Challenged candidates) in aggregate or equivalent grade.

Selection procedure:
Selection of candidates for Ph.D programme will be based on Centralized Entrance Test
(Minimum 35% marks for SC/ST/Cat-1 and 40% marks for GM & OBC)
Interview and marks obtained in the qualifying examination in the Ration of 50:50 and overall minimum 50% marks
(45% for SC/ST/Cat-1) and as per Merit Cum Research Policy
