Pharm. D after B.Pharm
I have completed my B.Pharm, now am I join Pharm. D please provide me information about it ?

Yes you can join Pharm. D after completing B.Pharm, there is two types of Pharm. D you can join both types but as per me 2nd type would be much good for you. Types of Pharm. D: 1. Pharm.D – Duration of Pharm.D. is 5 years + 1 year of internship/residency. 2. Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) – Duration of this Pharm.D course is 3 academic years which include 2 years of study and 1 year of internship or residency as per PCI. Eligibility For Pharm.D (6 year course): A candidate must be passed in 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, and with Mathematics or Biology. A candidate who has passed certificate of D.Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy council of India under section 12 of The Pharmacy Act is also eligible. For Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate): A candidate who has B.Pharm. Degree from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act is also eligible. Doctor of Pharmacy Subjects Pharmaceutics. Medicinal Biochemistry. Pharmaceutical Microbiology. Pharmacognosy & Phytopharmaceuticals. Pharmaceutical Analysis. Clinical Research. After completing this course candidate can do these kinds of Jobs: Pharmacist. Clinical Pharmacist. Hospital Pharmacy Director. Hospital Staff Pharmacist. Pharmacist in Charge. Retail Pharmacist.
