Ph.D. (Biomedical Engineering): It is a Doctorate Biomedical Engineering course. It develops guts in student to research on medical conditions. Students study the monitoring,and prevention of a multiplicity of medicinal situation, as well as cardiovascular sickness, osteoporosis, spinal cord injuries. Course detail: Course duration: 3 years (min.) Eligibility for Admission: First Class or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in : • M.Tech/M.E. or B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical, Chemical, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Instrumentation & Mechanical Engineering, and Engineering Physics OR • M.Sc. or equivalent in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biotechnology, ceramics, Chemistry, Electronics, Egronomics, Material Science, Mathematics, Molecular Biology, Physics and Physiology. OR • First class/division in MBBS degree in occupational Physiotherapy, with AIMS (PG Entrance Test) / MCI entrance examination for MD/MS (for Medical graduate)/MBBS with MD/MS OR • M.Pharm Note: Candidate should have cleared GATE (for engineering and science graduates) or AIIMS/MCI/GIPMER/PGI-Chandigarch/ AFMC-Pune post graduate entrance examinations.
