PGRRCDE Ou MA Hall Ticket

I am doing MA from Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education (PGRRCDE) and want the hall ticket for giving the exams. Will you tell me when this University releases the hall ticket and also tell me from where I can download the hall ticket?
