PGIMER Sector 12 Chandigarh

I am living in Sector 12 Chandigarh. I want to go at the PGIMER Campus to get admission in M.SC Nursing Course. So pls provide me location map of this campus. Is there any bus stop near the PGIMER Campus? Because I will go there from Sector 12 by bus. So give list of all Buses running between both places.
