The procedure to apply online for the Post Graduate Institute of Medical & Research is as given below:

PGIMER 2016 Application Form Details:

PGIMER 2016 Online Application Form will be available in the PGIMER website
pgimer.edu.in


The aspirant will open the Application Form available on the website and fill up various columns.

PGIMER 2016 Application Form Fee :
For SC / ST ( MD / MS Courses ) : 800/-
For All Other Categories ( MD / MS Courses ) : 1000/-

All the aspirants are directed to deposit the fees in the branches of “State Bank of India” by filling the Challan form in the name of “Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh ( Examination )” in the “Power Jyoti Account No. 32211613319″ and those candidates who have SBI account can also pay their fee through i – collect service No. 32222954695.


PGIMER 2016 Online Application Form Procedure:

Before applying PGIMER 2016 Exam, the aspirants are advised to go through the
PGIMER Admission Notice in print in the press and the instructions given there in carefully.

Fill in the PGIMER 2016 Application Form in agreement with the instructions given in this prospectus and the admission notice. Please make sure that no column is left blank. Incomplete applications will not be considered and no correspondence will be entertained.

Application for PGIMER 2016 Admission to the itinerary is required to be submitted on the prescribed form enclosed with this prospectus.

PGIMER application, comprehensive in all respects accompanied with all the relevant documents should reach the “Registrar, PGIMER, Sector – 12, Chandigarh” on or before the May, 2016

PGIMER applications inward bound after the closing date will not be considered and no correspondence will be entertained.

The fact that PGIMER application form has been dispatched on a certain date will not be acknowledged as an excuse for the late submission of the application. The dispatch of the application form does not ipso – facto make the receive qualified for admission to the selection test.
