What is the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET)? Is it the only State Level Engineering Common Entrance Test through which one gets admission in Post Graduate courses in Andhra Pradesh?

Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) is a state level entrance examination conducted by the University College of Engineering, Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) for admission into regular PG courses such as ME, M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, M.Arch and other courses. TS PGECET Eligibility Criteria PG Professional Courses: For M.Tech, candidates must have completed the BE/B.Tech/AMIE and for M.Pharmacy students should have cleared B.Pharmacy from any recognized college. For admission in engineering & pharmacy courses, students must have secured 50% marks for general and 45% marks for reserved categories. Graduate Level Pharm-D course: Students should hold B.Pharmacy degree approved by Pharmacy Council of India. The candidate must be the citizen of India and must hold the domicile of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. TS PGECET Exam Pattern The exam duration will be two hours. Objective type questions will be asked in the exam. One mark will be given for each correct answer. There is no negative marking in this exam. It will be conducted only via online mode, i.e. Computer based test. The examination will be held in two sessions, i.e. in the afternoon and evening session. The question paper will be asked in English language. |
