Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, Telangana conducts AP State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) on behalf of A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) for admission into Regular PG Courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy (ME / M.Tech./ M.Pharmacy / M.Arch ), Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate). Eligibility: Candidates must be Indian Nationals. They must be residents of Andhra Pradesh and must meet the local/ non-local status requirements as laid down in the regulations of admission. They must have scored a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case candidate belonging to reserved category) in B.E./B.Tech./AMIE in the respective disciplines Exam Pattern: The Duration of the exam is 2 hours Total No of Questions asked in the AP PGECET will be 120 All questions will be Objective type with multiple choice answers One mark will be awarded for each correct answer The AP PGECET Cutoff for qualifying is 25% marks. Exam Centres: Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Guntur, Tirupathi, Anantapuram Application Fees: Rs 500 (Rs 250 for SC / ST) Tentative dates: Notification of AP PGECET March 2016 Start of AP PGECET online applications Mid March 2016 Dates of Entrance Test: May 2016 Result: June 2016 |
