Is the PEC University of Technology allow direct or lateral admission in B.Tech 2nd Year after passing LEET exam?

According to my knowledge PEC University of Technology does not allow direct or lateral admission in B.Tech 2nd Year.

Punjab Engineering College (PEC) was earlier known as East Punjab Engineering College. PEC University of Technology offer only admission in general B tech degree course

B.Tech 1st year admission detail:
You Must have passed in 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics subject from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks.
-Students must secure minimum 15% marks in JEE examination.
