Eligibility criteria -

An undergraduate degree-
As guidance, candidate should have a 2.1 ( 3.5 GPA) or its equivalent.
If you were not awarded a minimum of 2.1 you may still be considered provided you have a very strong employment record demonstrating a high degree of responsibility.
Relevant professional experience-

Candidate should have two years of previous full-time work experience.

GMAT or GRE score-

Oxford recommend that candidates apply with a GMAT score of 650 or above. Our current class has an average GMAT score of around 690. When preparing for your GMAT please bear in mind:

English test-
International English Language Test Scheme (IELTS) must be taken, and all minimum scores met if:
Your first language is not English OR
You are not from a majority English speaking country, as defined by the UK Visas and Immigration below.

Using the online application form you will need to submit two professional or academic references.
Once referee details are input onto the form, your referee will receive an automatic email from the School with details on how to complete the online reference form.

Explain why you see this as particularly beneficial for you and how it fits with your careers and personal development aims (Maximum 250 words)
Re-applicants will need to complete the essays mentioned above and another essay on the topic:

When reviewing your essays the Admissions Committee will be looking for evidence of the following: Good communication skills, leadership potential, analytical skills, fit within the Oxford MBA community, among other characteristics.

Candidate have to ensure there application is complete upon submission. The admissions committee can only consider a candidate once all supporting documentation has been received. it conduct spot checks on a regular basis to ensure the authenticity of applicants' references, work experience and academic background.
