Yes definitely other state applicants can apply for Karnataka-C.E.T exam. But only 5% seats is reserve for other state applicants.

KCET is the Entrance Exam organised by the Karnataka University for the applicants who are interested for the admission in medical, engineering and dental professional undergraduate programs.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have completed XII class with maths and physics as compulsory subjects and Bio-technology / Electronics / Chemistry / Computer Science / Biology as optional subject or equivalent examination with minimum of 45% marks.
All the subject must have been studied by the applicants in English language.

Selection Procedure:
The selection will be on the basis of their performance in KCET Entrance Exam

Last Date Payment of Application Fees at bank March 17, 2014
Last Date of Payment of Application Fees by DD March 20, 2014 further extended to April 1, 2014
