The Planning Commission, Delhi and University Grants Commission, Delhi initiated the concept of establishing a University Employment Information and Guidance Bureau in the early sixties. The Government of Telangana and Osmania University initiated to adopt the concept and thus established the Osmania University Employment Information and Guidance Bureau in 1962.

Location

The Bureau is located in University Campus only with a separate spacious building with two big halls, one for Registration and the other for a Library, a Computer room and separate rooms for Chief, Deputy Chief, Two Counselling cabins and supporting staff with adequate furniture.
