I want to apply for Orissa Civil Services Examination of Orissa Public Service Commission so can you tell me the eligibility criteria of the exam?

Orissa Civil Services Examination is State level competitive examination conducted by Orissa Public Service Commission for recruitment of various Civil Services posts.

Odisha Civil Service Exam Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or a State Legislature in India or an Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or deemed to be a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government.

Age Limit:

Candidate shall be under thirty-two years and over twenty-one years of age

The upper age-limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years for candidates belonging to the categories of Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.), Socially & educationally Backward Classes(S.E.B.C.), Women and eligible Ex-Servicemen.

Candidate must be a citizen of India;

Selection Process:

Odisha Public Service Commission’s (OPSC) Civil Services Exam Selection process consists of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Personality Test or Interview.
