Oriental University City Holdings (H.K.) Limited is a China-based investment holding company principally engaged in the leasing of education facilities to education institutions, including teaching buildings and dormitories.

The Company is also engaged in the commercial leasing of buildings and premises to tenants, which operate supporting facilities including grocery stores, laundry shops, Internet cafes and canteens.

Development Process

In 1999, OUC began to construct as one of earliest university city in the PRC.

In 2000, OUC began operations.

In 2008, Raffles Education Corp acquired OUC.

In 2015, OUC listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

In 2015, OUC acquisition of and Subscription for Shares in Axiom Properties Limited
