Central Bank of India is inviting Applications to the candidates for recruitment on contract as Director for RSETI at Bettiah Centre District West Champaran.

Name of the Post and Vacancy:

Director RSETI (1 Post)

Age Limit:

Age must be less than 65 years with sound health as on 22/08/2015.

Qualification:

Essential:

Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University

Desirable:

Officers with rural development background such as Agriculture Finance Officer/Rural Development Officer/Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of Banking/Lead District Managers and Faculty Leaders/Faculty members of Training Centers/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc shall be preferred.

Experience/other eligibility criteria:

Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.

He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years.

He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.

Candidates should be well conversant with the local language.

Candidates should have retired from Scale III and above for Director RSETI post.

Candidates should be resident of the same or nearby district.


Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- per month.

Further a lump sum amount of Rs.5000/- per month shall be paid towards mobile, conveyance etc.

Leave:

The candidate shall be given 15 days leave per year with maximum of 02 days per month.

Job profile:

The officer shall be working as “Director-RSETI” have to oversee the overall functioning of RSETI.

Selection procedure:

The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
