ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals Limited (OMPL) is a green field petrochemicals project and it is promoted by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited and it was incorporated on 19th December 2006 .
