By 31 March 2013, it had 32,923 employees, out of which 2,091 were women (6.35%) and 143 were employees with disabilities (0.43%). The attrition rate in FY 2009–10 was 0.42%.

In its CSR report for 2011–12, the company informed that 20% of its existing employees would super-annulated in next 5 years.
