Master of Management (MM) degree program delivered by the Faculty of Management at UBCs Okanagan campus.

Master of Management

The Master of Management degree program engages with issues directly relevant to your work, organizations and regions. Explore new and nimble ways of leading and managing in a rapidly changing globalized world

The MM degree program is accessible to working professionals over the course of 25 months.

Online, face-to-face, and experiential learning are blended with three two-week residential sessions at UBCs Okanagan campus in Kelowna, BC.

The program is flexible and allows highly-motivated full-time employees to complete the program in 25 months.

Application Requirements -

Academic Achievement: This will be evaluated based on your academic transcript(s) and three references, typically a combination of academic and professional references.

Experience: Relevant professional or other applicable experience is considered a significant asset and should be normally a minimum of three years. Your motivation and fit for the program will be evaluated through your curriculum vitae, application, and an interview (in-person, telephone, or Skype).

English Proficiency: Applicants must be able to speak, comprehend, and write fluently in English. An English proficiency exam is required for all candidates who have not completed a prior degree taught in English.

General Capabilities: To be assessed by a graduate admission test score (GMAT or GRE). Exemptions may be granted upon request.

July 2017: First two-week residential session at UBCs Okanagan campus

September 2017 to June 2018: Online modules 1-3

July 2018: Residential session 2 at UBC Okanagan

September 2018 to June 2019: Online modules 4-6

July 2019: Residential session 3 at UBC Okanagan

Tuition and Fees-

Application fee
$137.50 CAD (non-refundable); paid online using VISA or MasterCard at time of application submission.

Deposit
$1,000 CAD; paid once you receive your admission offer; the amount is credited toward your first tuition instalment.

Tuition
$28,460 CAD, domestic; $42,006 CAD, international
