Hello ! friend as you want to download the Mediclaim Policy form of the Oriemtal Insurance Company Ltd (OICL) so;

for that firstly you have to go to the webpage of Oriental Insurance company.



Now on the webpage you will find an option of policy Documents.

Click on Policy Documents.

As you click on policy Documents than an webpage will be opened for you.



Now on this webpage you will see an option of Downlaods.

Click on Downlaods.

As you click on Downloads than an webpage will be opened for you.




Than on the webpage you will see an section of Health in that section you wil see an option for Mediclaim Policy.

Click on Mediclaim / Good Health policy.

As you click on Mediclaim / Good Health policy than an webpage will be opend for you displaying you the form of Mediclaim / Good Health policy.
