Yes your brother can apply for btech in ICFAI University Hyderabad as the eligibility for this is Minimum 60% aggregate in Class X & Class XII examination or its equivalent with pass in each of Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry (M.P.C.) and English as subjects.
Admission is through an All India Admission Test (ATIT). Alternatively, scores of JEE (Main) / State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests are also accepted.
