I was the student of the Andhra University. I need to send the Original Degree (OD)Application. Can you give me the OD Application format so I can download the my OD from the Andhra University? Please give me the procedure to download it also.

The Andhra University is invited candidates for to fill application for get original degree application.

Applications are invited from the candidates, who have not taken their Manual Original Degree certificates for all Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Professional Courses upto 2006 was issued on or before 31st March, 2017.

The Candidates may apply by downloading the prescribed Application Form and send the filled-in application along with the following documents and fee to:

The Controller of Examinations,
Andhra University,
Visakhapatnam - 530 003.

Attested Photostat copy of the Provisional certificate
Att ested Photostat copy of Lower Degree Certificate
Attested Photost at copies of all the Marks Memos
Attested Photostat copy of SSC / 10th Class Certif icate

Fee:

Undergraduate Courses : Rs.3,500/- Per each Degree
PG Courses and UG and PG Professional Courses : Rs. 5,500 /- Per each Degree
Issue of Original Degree under TATKAL : Double the amount per each Degree
