OBC Certificate Format for IBPS Clerk Interview
 
I am going to appear in the IBPS Clerk Interview exam . Will you please provide the OBC Certificate application form ?

The authorities competent to issue Caste certificates (OBC Certificate application form) for the IBPS Clerk Interview exam are indicated below:

i] District Magistrate / Additional Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Collector / First Class Stipendiary Magistrate / Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner / Sub-Divisional Magistrate / Taluka Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / Extra Asstt. Commissioner

ii] Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate / Chief Presidency Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate.
Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar;

iii] Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or his family resides.

List of Documents for IBPS Interview


1. Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter.

2. Print Out of the IBPS online application form.

3. Proof of Date of Birth (Std. X Certificate with DOB /Birth Certificate issued by the competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC)

4. Photo Identify Proof. (PAN card/ Aadhar card/ Drivers License, Voters ID/ Passport etc)

5. Mark-sheets & certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification etc. Proper document from Board / University for having declared the result has to be submitted.

6. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by the Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates has to be submitted.

7. Disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board in case of Persons With Disability category

8. An Ex-serviceman candidate has to produce a copy of the Service or Discharge book along with pension payment order and documentary proof of rank last / presently held (substantive as well as acting) at the time of interview.

9. One serving in Government / quasi-govt. offices/ Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions) are required to produce a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of the interview, in the absence of which their candidature will not be considered and traveling expenses, if any, otherwise admissible, will not be paid.

10. One who is domiciled in Kashmir division of the State of Jammu and Kashmir must produce the domicile certificate at the time of interview/ at any stage of the subsequent process from the District Jurisdiction.

11. Persons affected by riots in 1984, seeking age relaxation, must produce a certificate from the District Magistrate to the effect that one is eligible for relief and sanctioned by the Government and communicated vide Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Financial Services Communication No.F.No.9/21/2006-IR dated 27.07.2007.

12. Experience certificates, if any

13. One falling in categories other than the general category should produce a certificate of eligibility issued by the Govt. Of India

14. Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility.
