O u cet

I have done B.Sc and now I want to pursue M.Sc from Osmania University. I heard that there is a Common Entrance Test (OUCET) for admission. Would you please tell me how can I do online Registration for this Exam? Please provide me syllabus for OU CET so I will prepare according to it.
