I want to know the Number Of Students Appeared In Common Law Admission Test CLAT Exam 2017 so can you tell me?

In 2017, more than 50,000 students registered for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

Out of this number, 44,576 students registered for CLAT UG exam and the remaining 6,108 candidates applied for CLAT PG exam.

CLAT Eligibility Criteria-

For UG Integrated Courses:

The candidate will be considered eligible for CLAT if he/she has passed the 12th examination with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).

Candidates appearing the 12th examination in March/April will also eligible to apply

Age Criteria: There is no upper age limit to apply

For PG Courses:

The prescribed qualification for LL.M. is LL.B./Five-Year Integrated LL.B. (Hons.)/ any other equivalent exam.

Minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination should be 55% for unreserved /OBC/Specially Abled Persons (SAP). In case of SC/ST, the minimum marks would be 50%.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in April/May 2018 may also apply.

Age Limit: No prescribed maximum age limit for PG courses.

Application Fee:

The application fee of CLAT 2018 is different for different categories which is as follows:

Category Application Fee

General/OBC/PwD/SAP and other category candidates Rs. 4000/-
SC/ST category candidates Rs. 3500/-
