Hi I would like to know if the three year LLB course is offered by the National Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS)?

Firstly I would like to inform you that National Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) does not offer the three year LLB course. However I am providing you with details of the Fice year LLB course offered by NUALS: NUALS offers a Five Year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Program. From the 2009 Admissions the course is offered under the Choice Based Credit and Semester System. The Five Year Program is isolated into Ten Semesters i.e., there are two semesters in every scholarly year. As a component of its B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Program the University offers courses on wilderness ranges of law, for example, Maritime Law, Media and Telecommunications Law, Forensic Science, Psychological Medicine and Law. Qualification for Admission Admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree course should be founded on the execution in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). a) The contender for CLAT should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate examination (10+2) or an examination perceived as proportional thereto with no less than 45 % marks. b) Exemption upto 5% from the necessity of the base of 45% for the qualifying examination is given to the hopefuls having a place with Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST) [declared qualified for reservation in the State of Kerala].
