The Kanti Thermal Power Station is a subsidiary of NTPC.

It is a joint venture company between NTPC ltd and BSEB.

As on 01/11/2014, equity holding is 64.57% by NTPC & 35.43% by BSEB.

Stage -I of MTPS having two unit of 110 MW is under operation while Stage-II having capacity of 2X195 MW is at advance stage of completion.
