I have done my UG degree and planning to do Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program from Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). Will you tell me what the Admission requirement and important dates for joining NPS for EMBA?

Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) is a defense-focused general management program for senior Department of Navy officers and senior Department of Navy civilians.

EMBA goals are to provide you with:

A solid background in management fundamentals;
Financial management and acquisition knowledge and abilities;
The analytical- and critical-thinking skills necessary to make decisions under conditions of extreme uncertainty;
Opportunities for interaction so that managers can learn from each other; and
Projects and activities relevant to today's knowledge-driven, team-based environment

Admission requirement:

The program has the following admissions criteria:

Lt Commander (O4) and above (805) with Department Head tour completed, Lieutenants admitted by exception
Civilians GS-12 and above (807), or middle-level management experience
Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university
APC of 245 (GPA > 2.6)

Entry Dates

The EMBA program entry dates are March and September
