There are no fixed number of questions in IIFT entrance test, their number may go anywhere in the range of 115 to 130.

IIFT Eligibility-

There is no age limit to appear in IIFT entrance examination except that the applicants should possess recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years’ duration, although there is no requirement of minimum percentage of marks.

However in the second phase of admission round profile of a candidate like academic record, work experience, writing skills will play an important role to secure admission in IIFT.

Candidates appearing for a qualifying examination may also apply subject to submission of proof of requisite qualification.

The admission of a candidate who joins the program on provisional basis but fails to qualify in the Bachelor’s degree examination is liable to be cancelled forthwith.

IIFT Exam pattern-

IIFT will conduct the entrance test for its Delhi and Kolkata campuses in 20 cities across India.

The written admission test to MBA Programme in IIFT consists of multiple choice objective type questions (in English).

IIFT exam pattern comprises the questions covering English Comprehension, General Knowledge & Awareness, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Analysis.

Composition of test-

English Comprehension-

English comprehension is composed of core verbal ability and questions on Reading comprehension passages.

There were 36 questions in English comprehension, formed on following topics in the IIFT entrance test held on November 24, 2013 for admission session 2014-15
