NLU Delhi LLM Entrance Syllabus

I want to take admission in LL.M. Programme at National Law University Delhi and for that I have to appear in the All India Law Entrance Test . Will you please provide the AILET exam syllabus / pattern ?

All India Law Entrance Test is directed on National level for offering admission to integrated BA.LLB (Hons.), LL.M and Ph.D course of National Law University, Delhi only.

Eligibility Criteria ---

Applicants must have passed LLB or equivalent degree from recognized university with 55%.

The minimum marks requirement for SC, ST and PD candidates is 50%.

Exam Pattern

Total Marks 150

Duration --90 Minutes

Questions and distribution

Subject areas Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Legal Theory , Law of Contracts, Law of Torts,

Objective Type 100 questions of one mark each

Essay One Essay of 50 marks on a topic of law from the above subjects.

Total questions 100 (objective type) and 1 (Essay)
