The Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM) program offered by National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) has been modeled along the lines of the General Management Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

This course admits students through the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management.

The course allows students to select from functional areas like Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT or Human Resources. The Course is accredited as MBA equivalent by UGC (University Grants Commission).
