NIT Warangal NIMCET
I want to take admission in the MCA course in National Institute of Technology, Warangal. So I want to know details of NIT MCA Common Entrance Test. please provide me details about its NIT MCA Common Entrance Test like its paper pattern, syllabus and selection process?

Yes, NIT (National Institute of Technology), Warangal accepts NIMCET (National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test) score for admission in MCA Program. MCA Eligibility One should have passed three year degree or equivalent degree from a recognized University/ Institute with First Class and not less than 60% aggregate marks (of all the years) or equivalent CGPA of 6.5/10. For SC/ST candidates 55% aggregate marks (of all the years) or equivalent CGPA of 6.0/10 is the eligibility requirement. One should have studied Mathematics or related subjects in their 10+2 and in degree course too. Duration 3 years Admission M.C.A. is based on NITs MCA Entrance Test (NIMCET) NIMCET 2020 Eligibility NIMCET or National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test is an exam conducted one of the participating NITs for admissions to their MCA programmes. Nationality: One must be a citizen of India. Age Limit: There is no stated age limit to be eligible for the exam Academic Qualification: One must have studied B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT/ B.E/ B. Tech of minimum 3years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects. One must have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scales (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST). One in the final year of the qualifying exam is also eligible. Number of Attempts: There is no limit on the number of times a candidate appears for NIMCET. NIMCET Exam Pattern NIMCET question paper is divided into 4 sections namely, Mathematics, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, General English Each question has a weightage of 4 marks. The total weightage of the exam is 480 marks. 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. There is no deduction for un-attempted questions.
