TCF17 is the Annual Techno-cultural Fest of National Institute of Technology Patna - NIT Patna to garner the young innovative budding technocrats and entrepreneurs.

Its motto is to inspire a creative atmosphere in campus and thus encouraging young minds to get both, innovative ideas and solutions for problems which stand as a challenge in the spirit of science and technology and thus push forward the wheel of progress.
