NIT entrance exam is now replaced by the JEE (Mains) Exam. NIT Entrance Exam(JEE (Mains) Exam) for National institute of Technology NIT entrance exam(JEE (Mains) Exam) is for the students who aspiring for engineering courses. As you want I am here giving you the detail of the NIT entrance exam eligibility for admission in NIT college. NIT Entrance Exam(JEE (Mains) Exam) - Eligibility: Age: Applicant should be of 17 years age. Educational Qualification: 1.Applicant should pass 12th standard or second year Pre-University or equivalent examination . 2. Applicant should secure minimum of 60% marks separately in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. For getting admission in NIT college for B.Tech course candidate should have to appear in IIT JEE main exam so I am here providing you eligibility criteria of the IIT JEE main exam. Eligibility criteria of the IIT JEE main exam: Education qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 level examination. Candidates must have studied Physics,Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates must have studied any one of the subjects as optional subjects (Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Biology) Candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in total including all subjects. Age : not more than 25 years.
