Can you tell me if NIT (National Institute of Technology), Arunachal Pradesh is a good institute? Also tell me about the departments offered by the Institute?

The NIT (National Institute of Technology), Arunachal Pradesh was inaugurated on 18th August, 2010 as a member of a group of ten new NITs. It started functioning under the mentorship of NIT Durgapur.

National Institute of Technology is top ranked institute on the state of Arunachal Pradesh.

Its vision is to convey quality technical education with strong underpinning of sound knowledge in the domain. Its approach is interactive, innovative and quintessentially holistic. Its goal is to produce creative entrepreneurs, technology leaders of the new era and researchers with a deep sense of humanistic and ethical values.

Its mission is that of creating such Technical Engineers who will not run after jobs , but for whom jobs will run after them, and such that they will create employment and develop new technologies for a faster, sustainable and comprehensive growth.
