Yes the NIMS University is approved by UGC and it also has Approval Letter. The NIMS UNIVERSITY established under THE NIMS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2008, enacted by the Government of Rajasthan.

The NIMS is duly recognized under the provisions of Section 2 (f) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
