Hi I would like to know the details of seat reservation for admission to the courses offered by National Institute of Fashion Technology?

NIFT does not suggest or underwrite any drilling/preparing for Written Test, Situation Test and GD/PI. Hopefuls are exhorted not to give any insight to such phone calls/SMS/E-sends/Websites. For any affirmation, related points of interest please check the official site of NIFT.

The seats reserved for SC / ST / Differently Abled Candidates ( PHP ) / Foreign Nationals / SAARC / NRI, in each program are as under :

OBC ( Non - Creamy )
27%

Differently Abled Person ( PHP )
3% Horizontal reservation for Differently Abled Person ( with 40% or more disability ) cutting across all sections i.e. SCs, STs, OBCs Non-Creamy and General category. Campus and programme will be allotted on rotation, at NIFT’s discretion.

Foreign Nationals / SAARC / NRI
15% ( Supernumerary )

State Domiciles
20% ( Supernumerary )

Category once filled up in the application form will not be transformed at any stage.
The qualifying aspirants need to meet the eligibility as well as admission requirements of NIFT.
