National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is a fashion institute in India. It was established in 1986 under the aegis of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

NIFT Alumni-

NIFT has to its credit more than 6000 Alumni since its establishment in 1986,

Alumni are working at various levels as Entrepreneurs, Brand Managers, Quality Controllers, Designers, Fashion Coordinators, Merchandisers, Production Managers, and Marketing Heads, etc in leading national and international organisations.

Some of the alumni have become successful brands themselves.

The design alumni have presented their work on the ramps of Milan, Paris, New York and other fashion centres.

They are also active in the fields of media and films.
