NICL Conducts the AO Exam for the Recruitment of the Administrative Officers (Generalists) Scale I Post

Yes the NICL AO Examination Has the Computer Knowledge Section the Examination Pattern of the AO Exam is given below

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 60 minutes duration consisting of 3 sections as follows
i. English Language - 30 Max Marks
ii. Reasoning Ability - 35 Max Marks
iii. Quantitative Aptitude - 35 Max Marks
Total (Aggregate) - 100 Max Marks
Type of Test: Objective
Duration of the Test: 60 minutes

Phase-II: Main Examination
Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 Marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered
i. Reasoning Objective - 40 Questions; 40 Max Marks
ii. English Language Objective 40 Questions; 40 Max Marks
iii. General Awareness Objective 40 Questions; 40 Max Marks
iv. Computer Knowledge Objective 40 Questions; 40 Max Marks
v. Quantitative aptitude Objective 40 Questions; 40 Max Marks
vi. English Language(Essay, Precis and Comprehension) - 3 Questions; 30 Max Marks
Total (Aggregate) 200 Max Marks
Duration of the Test: 120 minutes
