Any one can tell me information that how a B.Tech student of Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) can check about the back papers limit? Actually my friend is pursuing B.Tech Final Semester from RTU and he has 5 backs in the whole program. So please Give information about back paper limitation and provide NFT rules for Engineering students.
