I will tell you dates to apply for IGNOU OPENMAT so that you can remember and I hope that you preparation will give you good result.

OPENMAT XXXVIII: 2nd week August 2016

OPENMAT XXXIX: 1st week February 2017

PGDIM (PG Diploma in Management)

PGDHRM (PG Diploma in Human Resource Management)

PGDFM (PG Diploma in Financial Management)

PGDOM (PG Diploma in Operations Management)

PGDMM (PG Diploma in Marketing Management)

PGDFMP (Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets Practice)

Eligibility
Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category, with 3 years managerial/supervisory/professional experience (or);

Professional Degree with 50% marks in Engineering/Medicine/Chartered Accountancy (ICAI)/Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWA)/Company Secretaryship (ICSI)/Law

Clearance of OPENMAT conducted by IGNOU

There is no age bar for admission to the above program

Syllabus
The OPENMAT test syllabus is designed to check the candidates overall aptitude in Management. You will be tested the on the basis of the following topics:

General Awareness
English Language
Quantitative Aptitude
Reasoning

Exam pattern
A total of 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be there in the IGNOU OPENMAT XXXIX 2016. There shall be no negative marking.

For each correct answer, the candidates will be awarded with 1 mark. Only 3 hours will be given to all the candidates for attempting the test.

The number of questions in each section are as follow –
General awareness: 30 questions
English language: 50 questions
Quantitative aptitude: 50 questions
Reasoning ability: 70 questions
