| Shaleen | Re: Nit trichy m tech application form you are going to fill the application form of NIT Trichy campus, for this you need the following Original Certificates to be produced at the time of Admission with you:- - Provisional Seat Allotment Letter issued by the Reporting NIT -GATE score card (2011/ 2012) - Statement of marks or Grades obtained in the qualifying Examination - Degree / Provisional Certificate. - Transfer/Migration Certificate - Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth. - Certificate of category (OBC / SC / ST), if applicable, issued by the competent authority - Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PD) - One set of attested copy of all the documents listed above. - Two colour recent stamp size photographs - DD for Institute fee Note:- * If any certificate is in language other than Hindi/ English, then true copy of the same in Hindi/ English version is to be produced. *Candidates are instructed to keep sufficient number of Photostat copies of all the Original documents submitted.
