It is a national level entrance test held to register the candidates into MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma courses at all private medical colleges and universities. It is compulsory for foreign national candidates who are seeking admission in PG medical courses in India. NEET PG 2020 Exam Dates Official Notification release 1st November 2019 Online Registration Starts 1st November 2019 Online Registration Closes 21st November 2019 Application Correction 3rd – 7th December 2019 Mock Test Available 20th December 2019 Release of Admit Card 31st December 2019 NEET PG 2020 Exam 5th January 2020 Result Declaration 30th January 2020 Score card release 6th February 2020 Counselling starts 4th week of February 2020 Application Fee: General / OBC Candidates have to pay Rs.3750 as application fee. For SC/ST/PWD (PH) candidates, application fee is Rs. 2750. Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay application fee using debit/credit card or via net banking mode. NEET PG 2020 Eligibility Criteria One must possess a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and have an MBBS degree or provisional certificate to that effect. Completion of the rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2020 Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council must be carried on the day of the exam and during admission. One who has studied/qualified MBBS from Jammu & Kashmir is not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats. Only candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir are eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Such candidates have to submit a duly signed affidavit declaring this. NEET PG 2020 Counselling NEET PG Counselling will start in the month of February 2020. MCC will organize the counselling process for 50% All India quota. The counselling for admission into state quota seats will be conducted by concerned State/UTs authorities. One must bring the original documents for document verification process of counselling. One will be able to select the college/institution, course and branch as per the choice. One needs to visit the counselling center with the required document at the allotted time period.
