In B. Tech. I semester admission will be given on First come first serve basis (during the scheduled reporting dates only). 2. Admission to the B. Tech. I semester Girls student will be given on the basis of distance (A girl reporting first from nearby cities will be given last preference, subject to availability of rooms). 3. From II yr. Onwards admission will be given on the basis of merit; considering distance also. In case of these admissions also, the girl students from nearby cities will be given last preference, irrespective of their merit. 4. Once a girl student is admitted in the hostel; the room allotment will be done on ‘First come first serve; basis.
