| sumit | Re: Yogi Vemana University The SVUPG Centre Library of Yogi Vemana University was started in 1997 in one of the college buildings and later it was shifted to the present building which was constructed with UGC grants. It caters to the information needs of the students, sub-scribes Newspapers and Magazines and follows Open Access Sys-tem. It is kept open on all working days between 10:00 A.M to 05:00 P.M. Rules and Regulations 1. The Library is to be used for the purpose of academic study and research and for the consultation of subject and other related material. 2. Everyone in the library shall respect the rights of other users. 3. Only registered members are allowed to use the Library. 4. Members should always carry their ID cards while using the Library. 5. All kinds of Printed materials - question papers, books, record books, and articles like umbrellas, handbags, etc. are not permitted to be brought into the library. 6. Only one notebook is permitted for taking notes. 7. The library is not responsible for any loss of any personal property brought into the library. 8. One should observe strict silence inside the Library. 9. Uses of Mobile phones are not permitted. 10. One shall not smoke or spite in any part of the library. 11. One is not permitted to consume food or drink in the library. 12. One should not write in, mark and scratches and disfigure damage books or furniture of the Library. 13. One caught tearing of pages/stealing books or otherwise mutilating books will be suspended forthwith from using library facilities and further disciplinary action will be initiated against by the university. 14. The librarian reserves the right to suspend or delinquish membership of any member found misbehaving, abusing the library staff or behaving in an indecent manner.
