Andhra Bank recruits clerks on the basis of the clerk common written exam conducted by IBPS. One who possess a valid score card on behalf of their qualifying status are only eligible to apply for the Clerk Vacancies given by the bank.

Eligibility Details:

1. Nationality:

One must be a citizen of India.

2. Age limit:
Minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age is of 28 years.
Age is relaxable for the reserved candidates as per the rules.

3. Educational Qualification:
(i) One must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
(ii) Computer knowledge is essential (Proficiency in MS Office Basic Applications)
(iii) One should be able to read, write and speak the Regional language of the State/UT for which vacancies are advertised and for which he/she desires to apply.
(iv) One possessing minimum Total Weighted Standard Score (TWSS) in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS should only apply.


Selection Procedure:

1. IBPS Clerk Common Written Exam:

The common written exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking personnel section (IBPS) for recruiting Clerks. The qualified candidates will be issued a score card and it is valid for one year from the date of issuing.

2. Group Discussion and/Interview:
Depending on the number of vacancies, the bank reserves the right to invite only those who have sufficiently high score in the common written exam for Group Discussion and Interview.

3. Interview Marks:
The total marks for Personal Interview is of 35. The minimum qualifying marks for the General & OBC Candidates is 40% and for reserved category candidates is 35% (SC/ST/PWD).

4. Final Selection:
The selection is entirely based on the total weighted score obtained in the common written exam and the marks obtained in Group Discussion and/Interview.

My sister is preparing for the exam of the clerical cadre recruitment of the Andhra bank which is going to be held in the October month so will you please tell me what is the pay scale of this job? Also give me the link to download the syllabus of the clerical cadre recruitment of the Andhra bank? Give me all the information as soon as possible?
