Down Payment: 10% of the primary residence value
Maximum Loan Amount: LBP 270,000,000
Repayment Period: 10 to 30 years
Maximum House Surface: 210sq.m
Minimum Monthly Income: LBP 1,500,000
Maximum Family Monthly Income: LBP 6,750,000
Interest Rate: 10% of Treasury Bills return for the period of 1 year + 2.75% (currently 3.285%)
File Fees: US$ 500
Expert Fees: US$ 150 up to US$ 250
Commission: 1% of loan amount up to US$ 500
APR (Annual Percentage Rate): 4.11% (for a loan amount of LBP 270,000,000 over a period of 30 years). This APR includes life insurance, file fees, and expert fees
Provision: 10% to PCH of the loan amount
Guarantees: real estate mortgage of the apartment + any additional guarantees

Eligibility Criteria:
Be a Lebanese National citizen

Be aged between 21 and 70 years old at loan maturity

Have a minimum salary of LBP 2,250,000 if self-employed

Have a minimum experience of two years in the same field

Special Conditions:
Maximum apartment price can be US$ 340,000

The client is excluded from resgistration and mortgage expenses(except for prepayment)

The client or family members should not own a house within 25 km from their workplace
