Exam Pattern of JIPMER MBBS Exam mode Online Number of questions 200 Types of Questions Multiple Choice Questions Language English and Hindi Marking Scheme +4 for correct answer 0 marks deducted for incorrect response JIPMER MBBS Exam duration: The exam is conducted for 2 hours and 30 minutes. JIPMER MBBS is held in two shifts, morning and afternoon. JIPMER MBBS Exam mode: The exam is conducted in a computer based mode. Language of question paper: The language of question paper is English only. Type of questions: The question paper consists of multiple choice and reason assertion based types. Each question carried 4 responses and one has to choose the most appropriate answer out of it. Questions are based on the syllabus as prescribed by JIPMER, Puducherry (exam conducting authority).
