pawan | Re: RP Notice GPhC The owner of a retail pharmacy business must appoint a Responsible Pharmacist (RP) who is a registered pharmacist, to be in charge of the registered pharmacy. One of the legal requirements associated with the Responsible Pharmacist role is to display a notice in the pharmacy that gives the details of the Responsible Pharmacist. The RPs role is to secure the safe and effective running of the registered pharmacy when it is operational. The pharmacy owner must ensure that there are arrangements in place for an RP to be appointed. RP Notice GPhC Contact Detail: General Pharmaceutical Council 25 Canada Square London E14 5LQ |
