| Kiran Chandar | Re: IITM EE Stores IITM EE Hey! as you are looking for the New purchase rule of EE department of IIT Madras so :- New purchase rule: For pre Audit limit:- Earlier the Pre Audit was taken on the files whose value is more than Rs. 20,000. Now it is Rs. 2 lakhs for the files whose value is exceeding RS 2 lakhs will be taken for Pre Audit. Purchase of Goods without Quoatation:- Earlier According to Rule 145 the goods upto value of Rs.15,000 can be purchased but it should be firstly certified by the Purchasing Authority. Now According to the Rule 145 the Limit is exceed up to Rs 50,000 and can be purchased by certifying by the Purchasing Authority.
