The exam is held twice a year in February and August/September, respectively, to select Class-I Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duties (Technical and Non-Technical). The next step after clearing the written exam is SSB interview. SSB or Service Selection Board interview for AFCAT, also known as AFSB, is a crucial interview. Unlike normal job interviews, AFCAT Interview requires an all-round preparation. AFSB Interview takes place in four centres and these centers are located in Dehradun, Mysore, Gandhinagar, Varanasi and Kancharapara. Let’s check out what happens in AFSB interview. SSB test includes : Personal interview Pre Screening Test Psychological test Group Testing Officers test Situational Reaction Test Word Association Test Thematic Appreciation test In interview question may asked like : a) What is you personal opinion about your self? b) What do your parents think of you? c) What does your best friend think about you? d) What does your worst enemy think of you? e) What does your teacher think of you? f) What are your strong points? g) What are your weak points? h) What are the qualities you would like to develop? |
